We are searching for something.  We are not even sure what it is.  We think our salvation lies in material possessions, sex, money, alcohol, drugs, etc.  We are trying to fill a hole within ourselves which can never be filled.  It cannot be filled because there is no hole.  We believe we are utterly alone.

We are not alone.  We can never be alone.  We only feel like we are alone because we believe that we are.  We are a part of everyone and everything, including Universal Intelligence.  All that we have to do is stop believing in things, stop thinking, stop deciding, stop judging, and choose to be in stillness and peace, where we are connected to the Infinite.

The idea that we are separate is the greatest lie of our existence.  It causes, loneliness, anger, frustration, envy and depression.

We can overcome our loneliness caused by separation by embracing the biggest truth of our lives:

We are one.
